When 360 Painting of Central Orlando reached out to us, the business was working — but barely. Leads came in through different channels, quotes were done on paper, follow-ups depended on the owner's memory, and subcontractors coordinated through WhatsApp groups. Everything worked until it didn't.
The real problem
The owner, Damian Franchi, could describe the problem perfectly: "I know I'm losing jobs, but I don't know exactly where the process breaks down." That's exactly what we needed to hear — because it meant the problem wasn't lack of demand, but lack of system.
After our first diagnostic session, we identified four leak points:
- Leads coming in that didn't get a fast response
- Quotes that got lost before being signed
- Deposit payments that depended on the client calling in
- Completely manual subcontractor coordination
The solution
We built a multi-tenant web platform with Next.js and PostgreSQL that handles the complete flow: from when a lead comes in to when the final payment is collected.
- Leads — Captured from the website, Google Ads, and forms, they automatically enter the system with an immediate notification.
- Quotes — The estimator visits the property, enters the quote in the app, and the client receives a link to view and digitally sign it.
- Payments — Upon signing, the client can pay the deposit by card directly from the link. No calls, no waiting.
- Subcontractors — The job is offered to available subcontractors through the app. They accept, upload photos of the completed work, and the client approves before the final payment.
The result
Three months after launch, Damian has complete visibility of every job at every stage. Leads get responses in minutes, not hours. Deposits come in on their own. And the WhatsApp groups were replaced by a system that has a record of everything.
"Now I know exactly what's happening in my business at any moment," he told us. "That alone is worth everything we invested."
Does this apply to your business?
The pattern we solved for 360 Painting — leads, quotes, payments, coordination — repeats itself in almost any service business. If you recognize any of these problems in your operation, there's probably a technology solution worth exploring.
